Feelings of wellbeing are so important and not always enjoyed by everyone for varying reasons. So to strive for a healthier lifestyle is an admirable goal and delivers many benefits, personally, at home and in the workplace. Depression is a major challenge to health in the WHO European Region and is the focus of this year's World Health Day. The theme “Depression: let’s talk” recognises that depression is a treatable condition and seeks to address the fact that, despite this, about 50% of cases of major depression still go untreated.
