Can you install the boiler or hot tap for us?

Yes, we will install your boiler or hot tap on your behalf, and rest assured we project manage all installations and after service care.

Can we buy these boilers or taps cheaper elsewhere?

We are authorised, recommended resellers for the complete spectrum of brands in our portfolio and supply our products at a price set by the manufacturer in accordance with our preferred supplier status. However we are able to supply volume discounts for M&E, fit out companies, please call us for more information on 0800 7311 491.

Can I manage the installation myself?

Yes you can but please note that installations should be carried out by a qualified heating engineer and all electrical fittings need to be in compliance with the IEE and safety regulations.

How long will it take for my instant boiler or hot tap to arrive?

We normally dispatch next day and ask you to allow 7-10 days for delivery. In the unlikely event that delivery may exceed 10 days we will notify you before processing the order, giving you the option to cancel.

How many cups or mugs are there in a litre?

We say that 1 litre = 6 cups or 4 mugs (approx.)
