We have a flexible, cost-effective range of Service Contracts to meet all your needs. You will receive prompt attention from our highly skilled service engineers who are WRAS-approved and members of the SafeContractor scheme.

For owners of any instant hot water boiler or instant hot taps that reaches (or nearly reaches) boiling point; a service contract is essential particularly for machines situated in hard water areas, or for those machines situated where the water supply has an off-putting taste or smell.

Our range of affordable service contracts can be purchased by new customers and by those who already own one of the products we sell, regardless of where you purchased it from. With a service contract it’s all budgeted and in place reducing the paperwork and hassle.

We have a wide range of service options available that can be tailored to meet your needs. These include:

  • Callout for breakdown
  • Machine servicing
  • Machine descaling (3 and 6 month contracts available depending on the severity of the hard water in your area)
  • Filter change (to reduce chlorine and improve the taste and or smell of your drinking water)

New Boiler/Tap Products

Whether you want to purchase a instant hot tap or wall/countertop drinking water boiler you will want to consider a service contract particularly if you live in a hard water area. Existing Boiler/Tap Owners

Do you already own hot tap or boiler? Even if you didn’t purchase the machine from us you too can take advantage of one of our service contracts. Because the machine is not new we will need to determine the state of your machine and so prior to taking out the contract we will have to come and perform an initial service and review. The initial callout charge is £124* for the first half hour and £35** for every half hour after that.
