For owners of any Zip product that reaches (or nearly reaches) boiling point; a service contract can be essential particularly for machines situated in hard water areas, or for those machines situated where the water supply has an off-putting taste or smell.

Our range of service contracts can be purchased by new customers and by those who already own a Zip product, even if they haven’t purchased it from us.

We have a wide range of service options available that can be tailored to cover your needs. These include:

Callout for Breakdown
Machine Servicing
Machine Descaling (3 and 6 month contracts available depending on the severity of the hard water in your area)
Filter Change (to reduce chlorine and improve the taste and or smell of your drinking water)

New to Zip Products

Whether you want to purchase a HydroTap, HydroBoil or any other Zip Water Boiler you will want to consider a service contract particularly if you live in a hard water area. Existing Zip Owners

Do you already own a Zip Tap or Zip Boiler? Even if you didn’t purchase the machine from us you too can take advantage of one of our service contracts. Because the machine is not new we will have to determine the state of the machine in question and so prior to taking out the contract we will have to come and perform an initial service on the machine. In order for us to do this you will have to pay an initial callout charge of £99* for the first half hour and £35** for every half hour after that. Tap springs are subject to wear and tear and while our manufacturer guarantees to replace these springs during the guarantee period we will not send engineers to change them.
