We have compiled the following frequently asked questions to help you understand how we can help you find the right water boiler for you.
Can you Install our Water Boiler for us?
Yes, we will install your Boiler on our behalf, rest assured we project manage all installations.
Can we buy Zip Boilers cheaper elsewhere?
WBD are a recommended Zip Reseller and supply Zip Boilers and Heaters at a price set by Zip, however we are able to supply volume discounts for more information call 0800 7311 491.
Can I manage the Installation myself?
Yes you can but please note that installations should be carried out by a qualified unvented electric storage heater engineer and all electrical fittings need to be in compliance with the IEE and regulations.
How long will it take for my Water Boiler to arrive?
We normally dispatch next day and ask you to allow 7-10 days for delivery. In the unlikely event that delivery may exceed 10 days we will notify you before processing the order, giving you the option to cancel.
How many Cups or Mugs are there in a litre?
We say that 1 litre = 6 cups or 4 mugs (approx.)
